- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs.
- Pour in cold water and set aside to cool.
- Wash the mushrooms, peel and cut into slices.
- Chop the onion and fry it in a pan with olive oil. Add mushrooms.
- Peel the eggs and cut into halves.
- Remove the yolks and mash with a fork.
- Mix with mushrooms and onion from the pan. Fill the egg whites with the stuffing. Enjoy!
