Ingredients
- 240g Canned Chickpeas
- 55g Sesame Seeds
- 30g Dried Tomatoes
- 30g Pickled Green Olives
- 5g Garlic
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- Salt
- Cumin
Instructions
- Add the chickpeas with the liquid (aquafaba) to the dish. Adjust the amount of aquafaba as needed.
- Peel the garlic and add to the chickpeas. Also add sesame seeds, lime juice, cumin, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and olives.
- Blend everything thoroughly; it will take about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt if needed. This hummus is great on sandwiches, as an addition to pasta, rice bowl or tortilla. Enjoy!
