Ingredients

  • 400 g ground beef
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro
  • 100 g grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • Sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to make salsa.
  5. Warm the taco shells according to the package instructions.
  6. Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture, salsa, grated cheddar cheese, and sliced avocado.
  7. Top with a dollop of sour cream before serving. Enjoy!
