Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg pork shoulder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 6 sandwich buns or burger buns

Instructions

  1. Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker with sliced onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  3. Remove the pork from the slow cooker, shred it with two forks, and mix it with barbecue sauce.
