- 500 g chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 400 ml tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and cook for another 10 minutes until the sauce is thickened and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
