- 4 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 100 g black olives
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green beans, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and red onion.
