Ingredients

  • 200 g tuna (canned or seared fresh)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 100 g green beans, blanched
  • 4 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 100 g black olives
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Arrange the tuna, hard-boiled eggs, and anchovy fillets on top of the salad.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!
