For the crêpes:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (e.g., Cointreau)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

To make crêpes: In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour in a small amount of batter, swirling to cover the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly golden.

To make the sauce: In a saucepan, combine orange juice, liqueur, sugar, and orange zest. Bring to a boil and simmer until reduced by half. Stir in butter.

Fold crêpes into quarters and arrange on plates. Spoon the orange sauce over the crêpes and serve warm. Enjoy!
