Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough or bread dough
  • 3 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet to fit the pan. Preheat the oven while preparing the toppings.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook slowly until caramelized, about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the caramelized onions over the dough. Arrange anchovy fillets and olives on top. Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
