- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the dough on a baking sheet to fit the pan. Preheat the oven while preparing the toppings.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook slowly until caramelized, about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the caramelized onions over the dough. Arrange anchovy fillets and olives on top. Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
