- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 200 g Tomme cheese or Gruyère, grated
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
- Mash potatoes with butter and garlic. Gradually stir in heavy cream until smooth.
- Over low heat, mix in grated cheese, stirring constantly until melted and the mixture is smooth and elastic.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
