Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time until the dough is smooth and glossy.
- Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
