- 300 g salted cod, soaked overnight and desalted
- 500 g potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash.
- In a skillet, cook garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Flake the cod and add to the skillet, cooking for 5 minutes.
- Combine mashed potatoes, cod mixture, milk, and olive oil in a bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
