Ingredients

  • 300 g salted cod, soaked overnight and desalted
  • 500 g potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash.
  2. In a skillet, cook garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Flake the cod and add to the skillet, cooking for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine mashed potatoes, cod mixture, milk, and olive oil in a bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
