  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season duck breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet, skin-side down, until crispy and cooked to your preference.
  2. Remove duck and let rest. In the same skillet, add cherries, red wine, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Cook until cherries are tender and sauce is reduced.
  3. Stir in butter and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve duck breasts with cherry sauce. Enjoy!
