- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper until warm.
- Arrange a layer of potatoes in the baking dish. Pour some cream mixture over the potatoes. Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 1 hour, until potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown. Enjoy!
