Instructions
- In a bowl, mix fish, bread crumbs, egg, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Form the mixture into oval-shaped dumplings.
- In a pot of simmering water, cook the quenelles for about 10 minutes, until they float and are cooked through.
