Ingredients

  • 200 g bread crumbs

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix fish, bread crumbs, egg, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
  2. Form the mixture into oval-shaped dumplings.
  3. In a pot of simmering water, cook the quenelles for about 10 minutes, until they float and are cooked through.
  4. Remove and serve with a sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
