- 500 g pork shoulder, finely chopped
- 200 g pork liver, finely chopped
- 100 g pork fat, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a pâté dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix pork shoulder, pork liver, pork fat, onion, garlic, wine, egg, thyme, sage, allspice, salt, and pepper.
- Pack the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 1.5 hours, then remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving. Enjoy!
