Ingredients

  • 4 boudin noir sausages

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup red wine (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and add apples and sugar. Cook until apples are caramelized and tender.
  3. If using red wine, add it to the skillet and reduce until slightly thickened.
