- 1 cup milk

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
- Arrange cherries in the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour over cherries.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the batter is set and golden. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
