- Wooden skewers, soaked
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add meat and marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Thread meat onto skewers. Grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
