- 400 g phyllo dough
- 300 g spinach, chopped
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Let cool.
- In a bowl, mix spinach mixture with feta, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Layer phyllo sheets in the baking dish, brushing each layer with olive oil. Spread the spinach mixture on top and cover with more phyllo sheets.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool slightly before cutting. Enjoy!
