Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad.
