- 1 tsp baking powder
- 250 g ricotta cheese

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh mint or dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Add egg and milk, mixing to form a dough.
- In another bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, vanilla, and herbs if using.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold over to form a crescent shape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Enjoy!
