		- 400 g phyllo dough
 - 300 g walnuts or pistachios, finely chopped
 - 1 cup butter, melted
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 cup water
 - 1/2 cup honey
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
 - Layer phyllo dough in the dish, brushing each sheet with melted butter. Sprinkle with a mixture of nuts, cinnamon, and a bit of sugar.
 - Continue layering and adding nut mixture until all ingredients are used, ending with phyllo dough.
 - Cut into diamond or square shapes before baking. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
 - In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, honey, and vanilla, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, then pour over the hot baklava.
 - Let cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
