- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer phyllo sheets in the baking dish, brushing each with melted butter. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Cover with additional phyllo sheets, brushing with butter between layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
