- 1 package pizza dough
- 200 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 100 g ham or salami, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
Instructions
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into circles.
- On each circle, place a spoonful of tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, and ricotta.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges with a fork. Brush with beaten egg.
- Fry in hot olive oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
