Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until garlic is golden.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Toss cooked penne in the sauce until well coated.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
