- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cashew paste
- Salt
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt for at least 1 hour.
