- 300 g paneer, cubed
- 500 g spinach, washed and chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- Salt
- Fresh cream for garnish
Instructions
- Blanch chopped spinach in boiling water, then blend into a puree. Set aside.
- In a large pan, heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, cooking until they begin to pop.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger paste, cooking until golden brown.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
- Add paneer cubes and cook until lightly browned.
- Stir in the spinach puree and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cream before serving. Enjoy!
