- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Marinate chicken legs in this mixture for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the marinated chicken legs on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through and slightly charred.
