Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil. Add cumin seeds, cooking until they begin to pop.
  2. Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and chili powder. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  4. Add cubed potatoes and cauliflower florets. Cook until tender.
  5. Season with salt and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
