Ingredients

  • 200 g paneer, cubed
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup cashew paste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat oil and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger paste, cooking until golden brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  3. Stir in cashew paste and heavy cream, cooking until the gravy thickens.
  4. Add paneer cubes and simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
