- 200 g paneer, cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1/2 cup cashew paste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, heat oil and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger paste, cooking until golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
- Stir in cashew paste and heavy cream, cooking until the gravy thickens.
- Add paneer cubes and simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
