- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt. Marinate paneer cubes in this mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Skewer the marinated paneer cubes and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
