Ingredients

  • 4 packages ramen noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • Sliced pork belly
  • Bamboo shoots
  • Green onions
  • Soy sauce
  • Miso paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a pot, bring broth to a boil and season with soy sauce (and miso paste, if using).
  3. Soft-boil the eggs and slice pork belly.
  4. Divide noodles into bowls, pour hot broth over them, and top with pork belly, eggs, bamboo shoots, and green onions.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
