- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar (for sweet lassi) or 1/2 tsp salt (for salty lassi)
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom (optional for sweet lassi)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, mix yogurt, water, sugar or salt, and ground cardamom (if making sweet lassi). Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses, add ice cubes, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve chilled. Enjoy!
