Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken pieces in vinegar, turmeric powder, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a pot, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger paste, cooking until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  4. Add marinated chicken and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
