- 500 g chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in vinegar, turmeric powder, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pot, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger paste, cooking until golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
