Ingredients

  • 200 g ground pork
  • 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 pack gyoza wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Dipping sauce (soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Place gyoza flat-side down and fry until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Add a splash of water to the pan and cover to steam for a few minutes.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauce. Enjoy!
