Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Tonkatsu sauce
  • Shredded cabbage

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the pork chops until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Drain on paper towels and slice into strips.
  4. Serve with tonkatsu sauce and shredded cabbage. Enjoy!
