Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Sliced pork belly or seafood
  • Okonomiyaki sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Bonito flakes
  • Aonori (seaweed flakes)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, dashi broth, and eggs to form a batter. Add shredded cabbage and green onions.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and pour in the batter, spreading it out. Add sliced pork belly or seafood on top.
  3. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and sprinkle with bonito flakes and aonori.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
