- 500 g chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sake for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix flour and cornstarch in a bowl. Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
