Ingredients

  • 200 g yakisoba noodles
  • 200 g thinly sliced pork or chicken
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup yakisoba sauce (or substitute with Worcestershire sauce)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Pickled ginger for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook yakisoba noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry meat until cooked.
  3. Add onion, carrot, and cabbage, and cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add noodles and yakisoba sauce, and stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
  5. Garnish with pickled ginger and serve hot. Enjoy!
