- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Add the diced Ahi tuna and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the jasmine rice between two bowls. Top with marinated tuna, pineapple chunks, cucumber, avocado, and shredded carrots.
