- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced (optional)
- 1/2 cup sautéed onions and peppers (optional)
- Salsa and sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese.
- Add optional fillings if desired, then top with another tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
