Warm, cheesy tortillas filled with your choice of chicken, veggies, or just cheese. Perfect for a quick snack or light meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sautéed onions and peppers (optional)
  • Salsa and sour cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Add optional fillings if desired, then top with another tortilla.
  4. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
