Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a deep fryer.
  2. Season the chicken wings with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes or fry until golden and crispy.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
  5. Toss the cooked wings in the hot sauce mixture.
