Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff each pocket with slices of mozzarella cheese, tomato, and fresh basil leaves.
  4. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the skillet and sear on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. Enjoy!
