- Category: Medium
Ingredients
- 100 g Wheat Flour Type 1850
- 200 g Red Pepper
- 150 g Chicken Breast
- 100 g Tomato Passata
- 80 g Canned Corn
- 60 g Light Mozzarella Cheese
- 50 g Red Onion
- 30 ml Rapeseed Oil
- 10 g Fresh Yeast
- 5 g Sugar
- Salt
- Sweet Pepper
- Thyme
- Basil
- Chicken Spice
- Herbal Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Pour water (about 70 ml) into a bowl, add yeast, a tablespoon of flour and sugar. Mix everything and set aside. In another bowl, add the rest of the flour, oil and salt. Then add the leaven and make a dough. Leave for about 25-30 minutes until it rises. When the calzone dough has risen (you can divide it into two parts, then there will be smaller portions), then roll out one larger or two smaller parts into a cake.
- Prepare the stuffing: Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Fry the chicken in hot oil. Season as desired. In the meantime, dice the onion and pepper. Add vegetables to the meat in the pan. Finally, add the corn and mix.
- Spread one large pancake or two smaller pancakes with tomato passata and add the stuffing from the pan.
- Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese. Fold one large cake or two smaller cakes in half and glue the edges together.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
