- 400 g Canned Chickpeas
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Gluten-Free Wholegrain Flour
- 500 ml Canola Oil for Frying
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Granulated Garlic
Instructions
- Place the chickpeas in a food processor, add the egg, flour and spices.
- Grind until a smooth mass is formed.
- Heat the rapeseed oil in a pot or high skillet.
- Scoop a spoonful of batter over the chips and fry until golden.
