  • 170 g dark chocolate, chopped

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Grease and flour four ramekins.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, egg yolks, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until thick and pale.
  4. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture and all-purpose flour until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  7. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
