Ingredients
- 500 g beef sirloin
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 200 ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the onions and mushrooms, then stir in the sour cream and Dijon mustard.
- Return the beef to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
