- 300 g pizza dough
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 2–3 fresh tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and spread tomato sauce evenly over the surface.
- Slice fresh tomatoes and arrange them on the pizza.
