Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Dried Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Natural Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Basil Pesto
  • 1 tsp Pine Nuts
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel the shells.
  2. Chop the eggs finely or mix them, then mix with mayonnaise, yogurt and pesto. Season everything with pepper and salt to taste. Roast the nuts in a heated dry frying pan.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and mix with the paste. Transfer the prepared paste to a bowl and sprinkle with roasted peanuts. Enjoy!
