- 4 Eggs
- 3 Dried Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Natural Yogurt
- 1 tsp Basil Pesto
- 1 tsp Pine Nuts
- 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel the shells.
- Chop the eggs finely or mix them, then mix with mayonnaise, yogurt and pesto. Season everything with pepper and salt to taste. Roast the nuts in a heated dry frying pan.
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and mix with the paste. Transfer the prepared paste to a bowl and sprinkle with roasted peanuts. Enjoy!
