Ingredients
- 600g Potatoes
- 400g Cod Filet
- 3 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Wheat Flour Type 500
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet Pepper
- Cumin
- Lemon Juice
- Apple Vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, eggs, baking powder and a glass of water to create a thick mass. Season everything with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
- Divide the fish into smaller pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and dip in the dough.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the bottom of the ovenproof dish and use a spoon to place the pieces of fish, adding a little bit of dough on top.
- Bake everything in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into thin and long strips.
- Put them in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle them with salt.
- Bake them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Serve the fish with chips sprinkled with a little vinegar. Feel free to serve with cream and garlic dip. Enjoy!
